So I appear to have solved my issue but without knowing why. I think the re-enabling of the tools was just coincidental - you more likely had the right Tab selected this time. Just try both tabs and see. With all due respect, I absolutely agree with the stated comment above. But, I will also say to have some compassion for those who choose to come to sites like this one where there is a community of on hand experienced and expert users like yourself, can ask a question and not feel belittled with a response as you have given.
With todays growing technology changing daily, seriously, who takes time to actually read a manual? For those that do take time to search and read a manual, hats off to you. I will say we should do that more often as newbies and experienced users alike. Let's face the facts, internet searching for suggestions and solution for problem solving is allot quicker and more resource reliable than reading a manual.

After all, the purpose of threads and forums is to be able to join a community and share experiences, solutions and ideas. With that being said, I too still suggest that you take time to read your manual s if available and learn all the potentials that whatever you are using may have.
